Compare and contrast between eukaryotes and prokaryotes

Compare and contrast between the structures of eukaryotes and prokaryotes.
[1] is a note to indicate that not all prokaryotes have capsules.
[2] is that some eukaryotes have a cell wall too, namely plant cells.

Prokaryotes are the simplest forms of life and are all single-celled organisms that are usually only a matter of microns across. They are distinguished from eukaryotes in their cell structure too, unlike eukaryotes, prokaryotes are without membrane-bound organelles, such as a nucleus. Rather in place of a nucleus they have a nucleoid which is composed of unbound and circular DNA. All their internal components are loosely held in the liquid environment of the cytosol
