Milnacipran is a serotonin-noradrenaline reuptake inhibitor that inhibits the reuptake of serotonin and noradrenaline approximately equally, it is primarily used to treat fibromyalgia (a chronic pain condition) and depression (although this indication is not licensed in Australia).[1]
