Interleukin-15 stimulates the proliferation of T cells, NK cells (and also NK-cell differentiation, development and function) and B cells, signals via the CD4 receptor, CD122 (common beta chain of interleukin-2) and CD132 (common gamma chain of interleukin-2).[1][2]
