Dosing frequencies are often written in tables in prescription short-hand. They are usually written as: q# where # is the dosing frequency, for example dosing every 12 hours (i.e., twice a day) is written as q12hrNocte means at bedtime. Manne means in the morning. qHS means once a day, at night-time.
