Alemtuzumab is a CD52-targeted humanized monoclonal antibody that is used to treat slow-growing B-cell and T-cell malignancies such as chronic lymphocytic leukaemia, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, etc., to prevent organ-transplant rejection along with multiple sclerosis.[1][2]
